Shady Spring Vacation Packages

The room was in disrepair/unfinished, bed linens did not look clean, television did not have reception. We did get rest but staff and cleanliness, and amenities could definitely be better..

We were amazed by the cozy cabin with jacuzzi tub which was perfect for our anniversary!! The property was clean and gorgeous!!! Well managed. We loved the mountain coaster and going to see the local waterfalls and other sights. Lots to do very close!!! We will be back

This is a renovated property. It was very nice. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The area was safe and the parking was ample. The lobby was large and contained the breakfast area. I would highly recommend.

Two things I did NOT like were: 1. The bathroom was far too small and cramped. 2. The restaurant was not open during my stay. Are the rates higher on days their restaurant is open? Otherwise it was a very nice hotel with friendly, courteous staff.

The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
