The service (staff) was excellent, friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and easy. We asked to change rooms 404 to 401 because we saw several cockroaches. When moved to Rm 401 we discovered there was no shower curtain and the lighting around the bathroom mirror did not work. Last but not least, a lantern was missing a bulb. What shocked me was how quickly and easily the problems were resolved. No drama, no arguments. Because of those prolems, I rated the hotel a 4 out of 5 stars If I return to Shreveport I will reserve a room at this hotel.

This place was just what we needed! A quiet getaway nestled back in a beautiful wooded private setting. My husband and myself will definitely be returning to visit. The food, conversation, and extra attention to details made the experience so thoughtful and perfect. Thank you!
