The service (staff) was excellent, friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and easy. We asked to change rooms 404 to 401 because we saw several cockroaches. When moved to Rm 401 we discovered there was no shower curtain and the lighting around the bathroom mirror did not work. Last but not least, a lantern was missing a bulb. What shocked me was how quickly and easily the problems were resolved. No drama, no arguments. Because of those prolems, I rated the hotel a 4 out of 5 stars If I return to Shreveport I will reserve a room at this hotel.

The bathroom toilet did not work well. Had to flush about five times or more. Was afraid to put tissue in because it seemed like it would flood. No one bothered to ask about service or how things were going. I would like to try my stay again but with better bathroom service, thanks.
