This place is a dump. No hot water, no shower curtain, a/c did not work I could go on but you get the picture.

We chose non smoking room but it was still smelling bad

The room I was placed in smelled badly. Staff knew of the situation and still placed me in there.

Clean room

While the room was clean…it should have been because they did not make the check in time of 3 pm. The cleaning crew need to pay attention though because they did not supply our room with shampoo. We got 2 body wash and a conditioner. NOT HELPFUL to someone that did not bring their own supplies. When we checked out we got charged more than what Expedia had told us. The lady working did not know how to fix it and I HAD TO call back in and talk with the manager. Claiming they forgot to click a button and it charged an “early checkout” fee. What the hell is an early checkout fee. I already paid for the room from 3 pm-11 am?.! Lastly, the safety of this hotel is questionable due to a door propped open with a rock on the back side of the hotel where it was a little darker.
