The property was very old but well maintained, We had different front desk people during our stay, two of three were great the third barely acknowledge us when we checked out. The room was clean, balcony view was nice, but bathroom was small. There was lights bulbs that were out and light switches that didn't. over all it was a nice stay if you like being down in the French quarter.

I only had s problem with the pool not being cleaned.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Hotel Pompadour. Our room was huge with amazing art and a fabulous bathroom, as well as a balcony. It felt more like we were staying at someone’s house than at a hotel. We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood as well, and if we had visited at a slightly cooler time of year we might have spent more time walking around, but we escaped back to the hotel several times to take advantage of the air conditioning. Quite convenient to walk to Frenchman street and to get coffee in the morning (although a very nice coffee set up is provided). I think the only improvement I would make might be to have a set of heavier curtains as well as the sheers since it was quite bright in the morning but we would absolutely return here. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay, lication, assistance

Wonderful stay at the Grenoble House! We will be back! The staff were friendly, the hotel was close to everything but quiet, and the courtyard was everything. Immaculate vibes and gorgeous room.

Such a sweet hotel in uptown, right on Magazine with cool shops and restos surrounding. The southern charm is rampant. Amazing art collection. Gorgeous decor - colours, textures and style. Spent the whole day by the pool enjoying the muggy Nola sun in comfort. Loved it and will definitely stay again.
