We had a wonderful stay at Harrah's Lake Tahoe. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. If you're planning a trip to Lake Tahoe, I definitely recommend staying here. The combination of great hospitality and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience.

Great place to stay, definitely coming back

Good location and clean pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property was in a perfect place. The coffee pot was broken and replaced as soon as I asked for it to be replaced. The amenities were few within the room. No water bottles offered, no wash cloths, no snacks, etc.... The only early morning coffee shop was not a good experience. Nothing had a price on it, the breakfast food was terrible. Microwaved sandwiches and burritos very high priced and not heated properly. The buffet looked amazing but was very overpriced. It is one of the best things about Embassy Suites hotels, the breadfast and happy hour are included in the price of your hotel. The lobby music was terrible and loud all the time. I am an animal lover, but I experienced people with their dogs allowing them to sleep on the couches available to the guests. I don't even let my dogs sleep on my couch. The indoor pool was a very scary experience. The flooring in the indoor pool is very slippery and dangerous, I was very uncomfortable watching my grandchildren and other people walking about. One of my son in-laws slipped and went down. Luckily he was not hurt. My overall experience, perfect location, clean, helpful staff, but could use a lot of upgrading as far as taking care of their customers.
