We are good time for this places.

I had a lovely time and the place is incredible. If you like history, check it out. Incredibly polite staff. After my stay was over, I called very early one morning to ask about a charge on my card I had misinterpreted and the individual I spoke to was very helpful and kind. I knew about the charge I had just thought it had already come out and I was wrong. So I apologize to the individual who answered my call at 4am. Sorry about that. Your help calmed my nerves. Small, quaint hotel not too far from all the sights. The night crowd can be loud when trying to sleep, but not a big deal at all.

We recently stayed at the Rubenstein Hotel on Canal Street, and overall had a good experience with a few quirks. The location is excellent if your main goal is exploring the French Quarter. It’s easy to walk to Bourbon Street, the French Market, and plenty of restaurants, while still being right on Canal. The hotel was genuinely very clean, and because it’s relatively new, the rooms and mattresses felt fresher than what you’ll find at many hotels in this price range around the French Quarter. That said, there were a few design choices that seemed like they weren’t fully thought through. The shower has attractive tile work, but there’s nowhere to put your soap or shampoo, and the partial glass door doesn’t keep the water contained, so the bathroom floor gets wet after every shower. The biggest downside for us was the noise. The room doors close with a loud slam that echoes through the hallway, and on a busy Friday night it made it difficult to get to sleep before 2:00 a.m. If you’re planning to enjoy the nightlife, that may not bother you. But if you’re an early-to-bed traveler, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we’d stay again for the cleanliness, comfortable bed, and unbeatable location, but we’d hope the hotel eventually addresses some of the noise issues and a few of the practical details in the room design.

Great hotel, with suites of varying size. Each one of us had our own bedroom with a shared bathroom and a shared common space (kitchen, living/dining room). There was even a washer and dryer in the suite. We took advantage of the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop pool. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was someone always on duty at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
