Nice cleans rooms and staff was very helpful

Everything was great during our visit. The only tarnish was breakfast service was slow. But great location and wonderful hotel.

Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.

My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Nice property but it is next to a River Ferry that spent a couple of hours playing loud organ music. It sounded like an actual ice cream truck on steroids. It probably didn’t help that my room was also next to both the elevator and ice machine. In other words, the place was loud.
