We gave stayed at Creekstone for years but with that said the hotel needs an over hall. Beds are very uncomfortable, bathroom was the worst. Toilet was hard to flush had to jiggle the handle every time someone used it. The entire toilet was moving. Showers and walls needed to be fixed. Asked 3x for extra Washcloths and towels they said they would put them in the room never did until our last night there. Breakfast was free which is nice except the food wasn't very good. Bread and biscuits hard. Waffle maker but the mix had zero flavor and the fruit laying out didn't look very good either. Probably won't stay here anymore.

There was a three-quarter inch Gap in the door that let cold air in. There was a gap underneath the adjoining room door big enough to slide a magazine through. The bathroom floor was filthy. The drop ceiling in the front of the room was rusted. 3 of the 4 light fixtures blinked. Requested a king sized bed room for 2 people and only had towels for 1 person. Toddler size toilet. What looked like a piece of rebar coming through the floor. Heater/ac was very loud At least it was bug free. The bathroom door was rotten and the hinges were rusted.

This was our first time at The Lodge at Margaritaville. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, the stay was fantastic. We’ll be back! Thank you everyone for making our 40th wedding anniversary so special.

Staff was superior! Property is outdated and in need of an overhaul.

Room was clean with a great view of the mountains. Room was not cleaned except if you pay an extra charge. Amenities such as full kitchen and washer and dryer were helpful. Did not appreciate the time share pitch. Also this resort is close to a landfill so with the smell I’d never stay here in the summer

The rooms are very big and has a beautiful view. Lots of great amenities and very friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The only down fall was that we weren’t there 10 minutes and my daughter & I got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Thank u Gatlinburg Firefighters coming to our rescue. We really did wish that they had security or someone in the office after 5:00pm. Accidents do happen but took a little bit to get ahold of someone when we got stuck so had to call 911.
