Spencer Vacation Packages

We arrived late at night to be greeted by a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. We waited for thirty minutes along with several other guests. We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived.

If I Would ever come back to visit indianapolis or would for Sure be my pick agin to stay

Not well priced for the value. The hotel in under allot of maintenance. Check in was easy and they had pick up from the airport (for a fee). The breakfast was more like a continetal then a buffet in my opinion we didn't use it after the first day. The ac worked really good and tv was smart. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was decent but the toilet screamed for over a minute when you flushed it. They did have a microwave in room with the fridge which helped. The parking was also free and it was nearby the interstate and airport, but not walkable.

Found bugs in room and lobby. breakfast area didn't seem clean so we didn't eat it. Very outdated building, odor

I liked how there was little cafe for breakfast/lunch dinner / coffee very convent, nice hotel pool and gym, clean rooms with a living space. Made you feel like you were in your own little apartment only thing that would have been nice is a fridge for our drinks.

The large refrigerator is very handy! We always travel with about 3- 4 days of prepared food and having the large microwave is also helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we will stay again when passing through the area.

Staff was super friendly and it's close to the amusement park and horseback riding.Loved the coffee ☕ was available 24/7 .Pool and whirlpool was nice after riding the rides at Indiana Beach ⛱️.
