From the moment you walk into Bottleworks Hotel, it’s just amazing. The smell, the decor, the atmosphere — everything immediately feels upscale and welcoming. The customer service was great from beginning to end, and the staff was attentive anytime we needed something. What really surprised me was walking from the lobby into the actual hotel. It’s even nicer than you expect! The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, everything smells amazing, and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Guest services was also quick and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, and it really makes a difference. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Indianapolis.

The smell of this building cannot be described. Cat pee, human pee, cigarette smoke, weed, mold all rolled into one. There are people seemingly living in the parking lot in their vehicles. If I had not been extremely tired after driving 600 miles, I would not have kept my reservation. Staff was lovely and friendly, but the building itself, my goodness.

Our room's Mini fridge did not work, toilet did not stop running, had to go up to the 3rd floor for ice when room Was on 1st floor. The woman working the breakfast was extremely rude. Due to I was on the first floor did not see signs for when the breakfast was and the staff when I check in was trying to deal with a power outage so they did not run through the normal info, but when I was trying to see when breakfast was at 9:02 am everything was gone and she pretty much accused me of being stupid. Will not be back.
