Very nice facility! Staff was nice and helpful! Room was excellent! Will stay again!

Our stay was okay overall. The best thing about this property is its convenient location—it’s very close to the aquarium, which made it easy to visit nearby attractions. However, the hotel is outdated and could really use some renovations. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, so the water backed up while taking a shower. The listing also mentioned free breakfast, but we were never told where to go or given any information about it, so we missed out on that. With some updates and better communication, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Everything about this hotel exceeded by expectations. Rooms were modern and clean. Huge showerhead in shower and excellent water pressure. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has many options and was an excellent start to our day. Indoor pool was clean, fun and open 24 hrs. As was the guest laundry and complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Even had family movies at night with complementary popcorn. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book here again when I decided to return to Pigeon Forge.
