Safe parking. Pleasant staff

Good and clean.

The staff was kind. The pool was closed down a lil after the kids had jumped in to swim, advised it needed “maintenance” and wouldn’t be available 30 mins to a hr. The rooms were sticky/dusty and dirty. I had to use my they hand sanitizing wipes to clean down the smaller dresser in the room, the lamps and the clock. The carpet was DIRTY, and the bathroom tiles were all cracked,

It was all good. Accommodations were a good value. One of the most obvious benefit(s) - were the several excellent eating/dining choices within easy walking distance.

My room was given away, even though I had already booked and prepaid. When I told the night person they were not concerned at all and just told me to do the pullout couch in the room. When I was in the bathroom, I was locked in. I could not get out and my mother had to come and open the door for me. I was able to get the room I had booked, the next day but only because I said I would wanted a refund and would go to another hotel. There was one towel in the room, no hand towels, no washcloths when we asked for more. We got two pool towels, which were like drying off with sandpaper. I will never stay there again.

Loved this hotel it was our first time staying here. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The gym and pool were both really nice. We especially loved that there was signage hanging up around the hotel stating to respect the hours between 10pm and 7am due to it being quiet time. We loved the peace & quiet. The hotel's location was superb we loved the area and how close it was to restaurants, shopping, & convenience stores. The staff was so friendly and a pleasure to speak with upon arriving and departing. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!
