No internet for the duration, ice machine broke after 1st day, looked a lil shady for the location, clean room thou however the pool was a lil green.

The lady who works the front desk overnight is always sweet when she's there, so full of spirit. Check in was easy as usual and the room was ice cold and clean as always!

Extremely overpriced for sleeping in what felt like a motel. Rooms feel overly humid causing the feeling of wet sheets. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

I called on my way to the hotel late the night of the check in to be sure their ice machine was working. The lady said "no but I can get you some ice in the lobby when you check in". Literally I was there 15 minutes later (was going to buy ice on the way). Being an older person I asked if she had a room on the first floor. She had a very bad attitude when answering and started lecturing me "that's not what you reserved". A simple polite no would have been fine. After I checked in and When it was time for the ice she would only give me ONE of those little plastic cups of ice. I WOULD HAVE SETTLED FOR 2 CUPS ---BUT NO---ONE CUP ONLY. I LEFT! How any reputable company could have such a horrible person representing their entire establishment is very sad. BTW I never leave negative reviews but you the traveler and the management needs to know this info.
