The staff was the best part of the stay. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my son’s graduation. 1 on the rooms did not have a working tv or any shower amenities (i.e. soap, shampoo, or conditioner). I had to use a hotel cup to get the shower gel from over the sink when showering. All 3 rooms smelled a bit moldy.

Staff very attentive to my requests. Parking was close to entrance doors.

Very upset because on the 3rd night there I was locked out of my room with all of my belongings, food and drinks with the inability to access my room until after 10am the next day. Though I was given another room it was very inconvenient because I needed access to my work computer and my food. I had to spend more money in order to eat and miss out on hours of work because of this.

This hotel says it was recently updated but that isn’t very visible. There was a lot of rust in the room around the bottom of the walls and in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. Staff interaction was good.

We found this hotel on our way from Louisiana to Disney World, it was the perfect stop as we had two children with us. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, with a small kitchen and living room. The pricing was well worth it, especially being that it was last minute. We attended the social hour and had a glass of wine free of charge and some potatoes as a snack, be sure to tip the host :) The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, muffins, fruit, etc. There is a ton of indoor and outdoor seating. We noticed corn hole outside, a pool, and a basketball goal. The view out back is very relaxing. This was my first stay at an IHG and I will look forward to my next stay. My only complaint is that they put a $60 hold on your card for damages, and it has not cleared yet, it has been almost 2 weeks and it is still pending.

When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms when I felt like they could have been more accommodating. We have stayed here before so I believe that was management's decision to place us in a sub standard room it was Ada and we did not ask for that. I was disappointed in the property itself it seems to be in need of a remodel. The Villas are not at all what we expected.
