This hotel idoes not meet its 8.0 rating & price. Main lobby door was broken, had to walk around to a side door. The side door into the hall were rooms are, that is suppose to take a room key to access, was broken & would not close all the way. Ice machine , hallway A/C, room microwave, & TV broken. A/C in room kept the room from being warm, but was unable to cool adequately. Bathroom soaps were missing or partially used. We stayed two nights & room was never cleaned or room coffee replaced. Hotel was fairly clean, but there was a bad smell in the main lobby area.

Extra $300 charge on my card. No communication about what this is or why it is there. Room was left in pristine condition. Staff was nice enough refund me for an accidental double book. But just charging my card because they have it on file with no communication as to why that charge was made is fraud.

Everything was good

This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that needs to be immediately dealt with because that was terrible. The end verdict here is that I would highly advise to pass on this hotel regardless of the cheap price, this would not be an enjoyable experience, or even a healthy environment to be sleeping inside of unless you'd like creepy crawlers all over you and your belongings while you're sleeping.

The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. It is not worth $155 + a night. There are not enough plugs in the room My husband and I were very disappointed. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. It's just very overpriced for the lack of amenities.

There was people fighting outside a room the day I checked in. I never got any maid service. There were people outside at 3 and 4 in the morning being very loud and I could never park in front of my room because of other vehicle there. My car also was hit in the parking lot.
