The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location next to the train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was nice and well maintained. Air conditioner and shower worked great. Separate vanity in the room was convenient. The free mini bar was a big bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the property very nice, clean, and efficient. The staff were very pleasant at check in and out, and the room is uniquely sized to fit an old building with gorgeous windows and all amenities needed for a night in the city. The cleaning staff we encountered were polite and helpful, and we had everything we needed. The parking across the street is useful and access to city sites and restaurants is fantastic. It is associated with a big branded hotel chain, but it feels like a fun boutique hotel. Though we didn’t use the bar or restaurant on site, they looked welcoming and offered a nice variety. We appreciated the nice stay for our night traveling through Glasgow.

Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked into the room like that , my sister got a fright! Never have I experienced a member of staff ( certainly not the cleaner) to just walk into a hotel room with paying guests . I have mobility issues and I take my time to get ready and out by check out time ! Never should have happened so please instruct housekeeping on such matters please . Overall I did enjoy my stay .

Beautiful location & hotel was nice. The staff was friendly & useful. The only negatives we found were 1. The floors were very noisy/squeaky 2. We stayed there on a Summer day/evening, there was no fans or air conditioning so the room was very warm

Clean room with en suite. Breakfast offered a range of cooked food, waffles, pastries, fruit and yoghurt. Staff were friendly but i wasn't given any water. Very good location if you are attending the hydro OVO. Bar is open till midnight.

No hot water Still a building site No lighting on street leading to building Could hear the phone at reception ringing All night No bar or restaurant No coffee or kettle in room, this wouldn't have been an issue if I was able to get one from bar or restaurant
