First time at this hotel and we were extremely happy with cleanliness of the rooms and the entire facility. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast bar looked good, though we only grabbed a couple of cinnamon rolls (they were excellent) as we met friends for breakfast elsewhere. Only negative was the mattress was very firm and too firm for us, but could've been because we were placed in an accessible room which we did not need. We will likely stay here again when in the area.

This was one of the fanciest hotels we've stayed at this summer during drum corps season. We decided to splurge and stay downtown so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth between the hotel and Lucas Oil Stadium daily, especially if we were enjoying a few drinks throughout the day. The valet was excellent and one of the best experiences about the hotel. The service at the restaurant was the worst, even if the food was good. If we stay here again, we'd go elsewhere for breakfast. The room itself was vast and spacious but not as clean as we would've liked.

Our room was very comfortable. The lobby was very busy upon arrival and we had to wait over 30 min to even get into the valet parking area event at midnight. I even had to get out and go up to the valet desk to ask what we needed to do. Then upon leaving valet took a long time even after request vehicle at checkout.

Everything was fine! No complaints!
