This is my second year staying with Eaton. I have to say this year. I am very disappointed. We got in the room. It was hot, I had to have someone come up and work on the air conditioner. Got it. Go in, took it a while to cool down. We go to turn on the TV. Tv won't work, so we have to have someone to come up to work on the tv. There was no ice had to have someone to go get us a bucket so we could get some ice because they don't have refrigerators or a microwaves in the rooms. Now you have to pay twenty five dollars a night for each one. Set in whenever I get my bill, they kept my deposit all except $40 because they said it was $40 a night amenity fee. I'd just like to know what kind of amenities I got. A called the office to inquire about this. And was told that it was the 2 bottles of water I got each day, mind you I got 2 bottles of water The day I got there never got any more water. We didn't even have house cleaning come. Because we kept everything cleaned ourselves. I will say that the staff is always very, very friendly and that the hotel is very clean, but I am most definitely very disappointed. And their amenities and being charged for them when I never used any of them. This was the last time that I will use Eaton.

The hotel was good overall. The room was pretty clean. The staff was helpful. However the cleaning crew had cleaned my room before I checked out. I still has 45 minutes before checkout and had just come back from running the Army 10-Miler in the ran. So I had to get showered, warm and dry. I didn’t have any issues getting back into the room to do those things but wondered why they had cleaned the room before checkout. Other than that the hotel experience was awesome

Bastante bueno

10 of 10!!!!

Front desk staff was rude and seemed too busy talking on the phone or staying in the back office to actually help. Everything else about the property was great.

Great location. Close to metro and bus routes so easy to get around the city. Room was spacious and nice to have the kitchen available.
