The Avid hotel was a very clean and was very comfortable. It is truly an excellent value for all that you get in the amenities. Breakfast was excellent fresh and very tasty. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone as it is a hidden gem!

Staffing issues meant rooms were not cleaned for entire visit. We were required to find cleaning carts in hallway and retrive our own towels and wash clothes.

Had a musky smell when first walked in. We had pets so room was on first floor. You can tell this was an older hotel which they tried to upgrade. some what clean for an over night stay. Room was warm when walked in. Had a good breakfast bar
