Sunny Isles Beach Vacation Packages

Initially the room was nice, especially with the balancing viewing but on closer inspection the suite was poorly maintained with weird stains and small bugs especially in the bathroom. The worst part was the roaches. I am still trying to get in contact with the host and seacoast suite for some type of retribution but it is difficult to get in contact with anyone. Just constant redirection.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Everything was excellent at the property except for the ac in our room automatically comes on and off even though the room was hot

Upon arrival, my experience got off to a disappointing start. There were no bellhops available to assist with our luggage, so I had to carry my own bags. When I made my reservation, I specifically selected a Deluxe Balcony room. Unfortunately, the room we were initially given had a balcony that literally faced a wall. This was completely unacceptable and certainly not what I expected when booking that room category. I was ready to leave the hotel, but the staff showed us two additional rooms that were more comfortable, which helped somewhat with the situation. However, my biggest complaint is the hotel's excessive additional charges. Guests are charged a daily resort fee, yet if you want an umbrella at the beach, you have to pay an additional $38 per day. The hotel provides one beach chair and one towel per person, but the umbrella costs extra — almost as much as the daily resort fee itself! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a resort that charges guests a daily resort fee. Basic beach comfort, especially shade from the sun, should not come with such an unreasonable additional charge. Overall, between the lack of assistance upon arrival, the disappointing room assignment, and the excessive nickel-and-diming of guests, this experience fell well below my expectations. A resort should make guests feel welcomed and valued, not constantly charge them extra for basic amenities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reconsiders its policies.
