Nice, renovated boutique hotel. Great location! Parking on the street was no problem.. Lots disruptive noise on weekends from club next door.

The rooms were old but look like they were recently updated. The updates looked like they were done by a 3rd rate contractor. Paint drips all over the tile and molding . We also had an issue with the humidity. The AC worked great but all the clothes we had hanging got very damp. I had to put them outside to dry before I could wear them. Bedding seemed to get damp too. I did address it woth the front office. They sad they had a similar problem with the room next door and they would look into it. The location and price are great and I would give 5 stars if they were rated categories. Every place we wanted to visit was very close. Also, many restaurants, fast food chains, stores within walking distance. There must have been a work crew staying there from out of town. They would sit out side and drink and smoke after work. They were all nice, but they did keep me up one night with all the talking and partying. Not really loud or obnoxious, just friendly chatting, but enough to keep me up. The breakfast is also not too bad. They had all the usual stuff, including fresh fruit. I would probably stay their again just because of the price. I felt safe in the area. I would get up and run 4-5 miles in the early morning and always felt safe. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, including all the staff. Overall I would give 3.5. I've had much worse for 2x the price. Oh, everything seemed fairly clean, which is very important to me.

The site was under remodel and we were not told so it was a little bit of an inconvenience also there was a smile throughout the complex I'm guessing it was due to the remodel Construction the food was good and they had a lot to choose from the staff was good parking sucked the facility wasn't big enough with all the construction stuff that was in the way

Staff just want the friendliest. Everything was clean but a weird smell everywhere i walked
