My wife and I have been traveling together for 20 years and we have never experienced such a rude staff. Literally from the moment we checked in. From the front desk lady, to the server in the restaurant, to the security guard that blamed my family for something I literally watched another family do in the pool area. After he blamed my family I said no sir you are wrong that wasn’t us. He then proceeded to tell me yes it was. I was blown away. I told him to watch the video cameras then come back and apologize. He obviously never did that. We left a day early because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. I will never spend a dime in that hotel again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are much better hotels in the area.

Bed linens were clean and new. Fan/light combo in bathroom was not working properly and made a loud noise every 10-15 seconds. Lamp with outlets for charging wasn’t working. Tv remote didn’t work and the remote didn’t have a battery cover. No cups near the sink. Breakfast was two cereal options or breakfast sandwiches. It was quiet

Arrived very late after booking online. I was told they couldn't honor our reservation because they had rooms with mechanical issues, so nothing was available. I can't rate much else because we had to find another hotel at 11 pm.

i need a refund from you. apparently you didn’t notify them of my change in dates. i had to pay to get a room. so i need this one refunded.
