It was quite. Room was clean. I would stay again.

They have bright lights shining into the rooms at night. The facility is run down. They charge extra fees beyond what is listed on hotels.com

We were unable to stay at the Waters edge. This was my mistake, but the manager of the property was able to work with me. She got me another property to stay at. My mistake was I did cancel my reservation, but then I thought that I redid the reservation. Which turns out I did not. All work out really good, the place we got was called Bees Knees. The place was really nice we enjoyed every minute of it.

No management on site. Phone number was on the office door- you called and you were texted the code to get into your room. Rooms were shabby but the bathroom was remodeled. Marks all over the walls where suitcases had probably been rammed into them. Lamp shades dirty and with tears in the shades. Walls very thin- could hear everything going on in the room next to me along with their dog crying when they obviously left it in the room alone. One air conditioner in the "suite" which blew forcefully and directly onto the bed. Couldn't turn it down and no onsite person, so I slept without air and it was really hot. The pictures made it look like a cute old school motel but just really old and shabby. Not sure where the exellent ratings came from.
