Upon arrival to our room, we found our door was cracked open.. Not sure how that happened. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a train wreck. The show soap dispenser was empty, the show faucet fell off when the water was turned on. The sink handle was also falling off in the bathroom. I would not stay at the property again based on my experience.

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

Huge thank you to the management at The Stallion. Could not have been a better experience. They communicated so well all the things we needed to know. The perfect amount of detail. When it came to their hospitality and guest experience, the same is true. They were super accommodating and nailed all the details in the decorations, amenities, and local recommendations. When I would meet staff in the hall they were very courteous. In addition to the excellent facilities and staff, the location was phenomenal. Some of the coolest local spots are just around the corner in walking distance - in terms of food, recreation, and entertainment. We felt safe, informed, and appreciated.

Our 5 night stay at this hotel was wonderful. Great staff, especially, Mr. Willie. The breakfast was delicious and many varieties of foods to choose from with freshly made eggs, turkey sausage, and grits! Our family came for 4th of July and had a marvelous time. This hotel is located in downtown Memphis on the Mississippi River.. A two block walk to the fireworks on the river. The Hu also has a penthouse bar and lounge on the rooftop😊… Our room was clean and comfortable. Could have asked for better!!!! Thank you Hu Hotel….❤️

Front desk workers was rude . Gave me wrong information. On the site it shows a pool when you get to the hotel it’s no pool . Bath tub horrible looks a mess . Let not talk about valet parking . Never been to a place that charge you for you to park your self . Unless the worker was lying . Over all bad experience I left the next morning was suppose to stay 2 night .. 300 down the drain . Wouldn’t recommend!
