If you want to experience complete serenity in a pristine garden landscape, then this place is for you. My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary in one of the two king suites. We stayed.for.four amazing nights dining once at the Terraza during happy hour and twice at the Grill. While the dinner options at the Grill are much fancier, the food at the Terraza was also amazing. We shared the fried calamari with jalapeños and a couple of glasses of Chardonnay that was part of the Happy Hour menu. My wife ordered the tacos while I had the flatbread with prosciutto. As for the Grill, we switched to a local wine, a Château Tumbleweed by Miss Sandy Jones. This was so good, we also enjoyed it at both our dinners in the Grill. Our meals were an order of the scallops with mushrooms as an appetizer to share. These were amazing. My wife had the crab cake appetizer as her main while I had the king salmon. The salmon is made differently every week. This week it was soaked in a bourbon glaze. The second time, we both went with meat dishes to celebrate our anniversary meal. My wife started with the escargot as an appetizer. While these were not made in the traditional way served in a cup with plenty of garlic, she still loved them. These were more cut up already. I had the Southwest corn bisque soup with chicken. Our mains were fabulous as she went with a petite filet with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The property is on a major street, Central Ave. but was actually quiet and felt very safe. The hotel parking lot is shared with a couple small businesses on the same lot but finding spaces was easy. The lot isn't secured or covered but still felt safe enough to walk to my car at night if I had to get something. Check in was easy, the front staff was friendly as were the housekeeping staff. My room was very clean with plenty of extra towels. The AC worked great

The room was very spacious and beautiful old west decor. The property was well maintained and beautiful to walk through. Front desk and restaurant staff were super friendly.
