The Lofts are a great.concept that lack in execution. Remodeled school - classrooms are now spacious suites. Good bed, big TV. But too much feel of.living in an art installation - cracked plaster etc. And #1 peeve was a toilet in the corner of the main room with a sheer curtain for 'privacy!' Once the owners fix some details this will be very cool. Great area and restaurants etc.

I have a mixed review of this hotel. The location is great being right on the lake. We found the room to be clean but skimpy on furniture. There was only one comfortable chair to sit on. The table was nice for working on my computer but again, one one chair and none for my husband. The power went out for 2 hours and so we could only sit in the dark in the room or use the stairs to sit in the lobby (it had light from the emergency generator). Missed a show I wanted to see. The outside concert stopped because of the lack of electricity. Apparently this effected a portion of the city but it was annoying and I think the hotel could have offered a discount for the crummy evening.

It was by far the worst experience I had in any hotel in my life. The hotel was very dirty, the staff not helpful at all (except a very nice lady did our check-out). The room were dirty, full of mold, the parking was terrible (is there a construction under way, but absolutely no communication from the staff). Speaking about staff, they posed as superior and made the experience terrible. I am rethinking in going any Hilton hotel now. Really do not recommend. Absolutely expensive for what it offers.
