Things to keep in mind when staying here. You cannot call the front desk. All communication goes to a central command. The room was well Belle average. Several holes had been patched but not repainted. All the stainless had rust. Saw a couple of bugs in my room. Coffee machine is probably a 1989 model. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Left the sign on the door so I could get the room cleaned. They Did not make the bed, half fast wiped down the table I had breakfast at, did not restock the coffee and sugar (had to go get it at the front desk) they took the dirty towel but did not replace it. The people at the front desk were polite.

The room smelled like kitty litter, I asked for extra pillows and the pillow cases were stained, looked like old blood. You had to hold down the toilet handle for 6 to 8 seconds for it to flush. Breakfast was not the best the food. It was either undercooked or overcooked. The beds were very squeaky, maybe broken springs. I have stayed here one other time, which was good, but this time around, I felt I was in a complete different hotel. I was not happy.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountains in the distance. Matt on over nights is who we spoke to the most coming in late from visiting friends in town. He was helpful and super friendly. Told me about some of the other game stores in town. Though I am partial to Carolina Comics. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Parking was easy as well. Great location in the center of town. Great classic burger joint just on the corner nearby.

This property is in need of a full renovation. The room I stayed in was in very poor condition. There was tape holding flooring down, dirty linens, dirty handprints on the wall, faulty deadbolt, sketchy electrical work, damaged and water stained drywall, and very poor attempts at repairs. I would never recommend this property to anyone. If I had no already been driving all day I would have stayed somewhere else.

It smelled like urine and everything was dirty. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.
