Wonderful staff, perky vibe, clean modern rooms, great coffee maker . Staff made it wonderful and bar downstairs had good veggie food. So fun

Great hotel we stayed in one of the suites with our 1 year old and there was room for her crib and all the luggage. Location was great and hotel was clean

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:30 though the booking said ready by 3. It didn't take too long but was a bit annoying. The room itself was lovely though it was a bit strange to not have a bin and I would have liked more coffee etc. We got a wake up call at 5am which we didn't ask for. When we checked out I brought this up and we were told it was a mistake and the person apologised but I would have preferred if they apologised without me prompting and maybe offered us some kind of compensation. I have issues sleeping so it was really quite disruptive. I did wonder if it was because we were clearly not well off and the place is quite posh. I don't have an issue with someone making a mistake but seems weird not to apologise.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available. We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!
