Tried to cancel the third day in advance and was not allowed to. So it was charged for third day that we weren’t even there. Also for a room that the toilet did not work the air-conditioning unit panel fell off. The TVs did not work and there should’ve been a third bed that I paid for and did not have. So yeah, not very happy at all so not entirely sure will be using Expedia again because of this.

My first stay here. The place felt safe and clean from the minute I got there. Check in was easy, parking was easy and in a really secure lot. A previous reviewer said parking wasn’t free, but it is. Stayed in the smallest queen room which felt big enough for us. Room was clean and cozy. Walls were paper thin but we always travel with a sound machine so that quieted any sound from neighbors. Bed was very comfortable. My two complaints - I ordered something from the coffee shop which was on their limited menu and the girl working the coffee shop rudely said they don’t have that. No apology for them being out. I ordered coffee down the road instead. The other complaint was the shower was luke warm. Other than those two things our stay was really enjoyable and I would stay again.

Rooms were very clean, and the staff extremely helpful. The hotel is about 7 blocks to CoAmerican Ball park and the people mover is about 500 feet. Staff very friendly and was so helpful helping us move around the city. Yes, I would stay
