This is an older 4 Star hotel. Needs a complete revamp. Will not return. One lift working for 225 bedrooms during The Open Golf is not good enough. I travel with my work a lot and this is the first time I was ever asked to pay £5 to mind my luggage for 2 hours after I checked out. My flight was in the afternoon. This was my first time to stay at a hotel under the brand, Sunday

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

A quirky hotel with large room and was fine for two nights - very noisy outside for most of the Saturday night - but comfortable beds and clean bathroom with good shower. Friendly and helpful staff - I would stay again but it is all a little odd!

Location good, Room was spacious and clean. Sadly this is were the positive comments end, as upon check in we filled in the required paperwork and even paid the deposit - believing this was all sorted. We came back after a lovely evening at 3am to be met with “you owe us for the room, you need to pay now” we questioned the fact they had our card details and it wasn’t discussed upon check in - we were shocked they wanted £270 from us while we were heavily intoxicated at 3am. Surely this could have been handled in the morning? Rather than feeling accosted when we were in a vulnerable state.

Room itself is fine Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee We would not recommend this place to anyone

The basement room had a musty smell.
