I used this Citi hotel for a one-night stay near the airport so I could drop my rental car easily and get to the airport without stress. This place is perfect for that. The amenities are just what you need. A small quiet room with a bed and toilet/shower. At the price there is no better deal. This was my first experience of a small hotel in the UK, and it reminded me of Japanese hotels. The location can be a challenge to find, but trust your navigation.

Great hotel - one of our go to’s when. In London . Good price as well and staff very kindly upgraded us. A slight change that’s a negative is that the hotel room bar/fridge is no longer part of the room - shame as it was something special that made a difference . Otherwise great hotel.

Perfect for my 1 night need, no issues, just a little dated like many of the area. Wonderful staff and very comfortable and safe space. x

Good

Very clean and well appointed with everything one could need. Car parking limited but very reasonable parking across the road so no problem. Centrally situated in the middle of the town, perfect location.

Room was the size of a postage stamp. Queen bed jammed against walls on 3 sides, 1st person has to climb over 2nd person every time they get in or out of bed. No room for luggage! Couldn’t understand how to use the shower, wife got scolding hot on her then adjusted a tap and got a shower of cold water. After her shower we couldn’t get the water completely off. I decided NOT to have a shower. This was by far the worst hotel room experience ever !
