It was decent for the price

From the inception of me arriving and greeted kindly by the staff to being pleasantly relieved to see my room was spacious and well appointed designed. The bed was completely comfortable and just made my stay pleasant. The location was close to many activities and restaurants. Overall it lived up to its high standards

The place was pretty clean but the bathroom door didn’t lock

A little tucked away in an area unfrequented by traffic. The Winslow is a converted Hyatt Place with the exact layout of the Hyatt chain. Staff very friendly, hotel very good for traveling families. Not ideal if you are looking for close access to nightlife or shopping.

The checking in staff was great . The day staff when I check out was a little rude. Had to have the coffee pot replaced it didn’t work. TV remote did not work. Had to get a different one. Toilet was not working properly. But then told about it they fixed it that day.. We also had a dang dog on our floor that barked for hours!!! I finally called to the front desk and told them . They said they would locate the owners. It took around another 2hours for the owners to return. That dog was not a service dog..!! They are very well behaved.., I have owned them and trained them in the past.
