Lovely Boutique hotel in downtown Memphis. We enjoyed our stay

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

This was without doubt the best representation of a Memphis stay, the atmosphere and attention to detail was outstanding very finished and a great vibe. I would have gave this 5 Stars without a doubt but poor sound proofing (ear plugs supplied) and no safety deposit box . But I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Beale street, short walk

The check in person was terrible. She was sweet but had no knowledge of the business. I paid beforehand and was charged twice for incidentals. The first room had one pillow and no remote and I was told the tvs were down. Then tried to shower and the water didn’t work. Had to be switched to another room and then all of a sudden it comes with a remote and working tv. First and last visit to this establishment. Oh and the indoor pool looked like something abandoned from a horror film.

Hu was in a good location and felt safe especially with locked front door every night and door man present. Friendly staff on at all times especially the door man. Roof top bar has amazing view just shame takes so long to get a drink. We had a junior suite which was nice and comfy. Shower tray could do with being renovated as cracked and bath plug didn't work, but those were only faults. Housekeeping did forget to give us back towels one day but the lovely door man gave me loads instead. Good breakfast selection.
