Excellent in the boutique hotel space. Vintage and modern combined, lots of beautiful touches throughout. Loved The Dame downstairs!

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

Great location, tight parking unless you park in the back. I was unaware of a $200 hold that was due at check in, I’m not sure if it’s stated or not. I would definitely rent here again! I loved the apartment, perfect size, clean, up to date appliances, comfortable bed! Will definitely be back soon!

We booked a stay here so we can enjoy Graceland. Check-in was easy without issue. We went up to our room and it was also very nice. We even got up the next morning and had a great buffet breakfast. And that is when the good stopped. Upon check-in, we had received a coupon that would allow us a free beer, wine or coffee. Upon going to the café, we found that coupon. It only says a free coffee actually means just a regular cup of drip coffee with no fancy. We settled for that even though we wanted a frappe. It was disgusting coffee. The guy behind the counter would not even give us enough sugar to make it paliable. We proceeded to go to a local restaurant and get a caramel frappe and also dumped the coffee in the parking lot. Then we proceeded to get to the shuttle at 8 o’clock for our Graceland adventure at 9 o’clock. The guy working the shuttle was also busy loading and unloading luggage. He advised us that we would need to give him 20+ minutes to finish loading some luggage and then he would need to clean the bus from top to bottom and then we could catch a ride over to Graceland. By that point we would be late to our appointment at Graceland. Therefore the amenity of their being shuttles directly from the guest house to the main land every 30 minutes must not be true because we waited for an hour. In order to not be late to our pre-purchased tickets to Graceland we proceeded to walk across a multi lane road with no crosswalk due to construction.
