The view and hotel is beautiful great location.. Some of the Staff were very very rude.. VERY.. Other than that I would give EXCELLENT for my stay.. When you work in customer service.. Work with the public.. It does not hurt to give a smile and say good morning.. Good afternoon.. Good evening. How are you doing.. How may I assist you.. ACKNOWLEDGE them..

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

Excellent property

Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.

The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!

Janky hotel. It’s not what it's cracked up to be. $35 for parking? Come on. Food was sub standard from a weak menu.
