The rooms and property were very clean. The wife and I really liked this hotel. It was insanely quiet. Felt like the only ones there. Felt safe and felt our items were secure. Loved our stay. Stay was super nice. This is a hidden gem. A/C worked great. Shower got super hot. Iron with board. Bed was comfortable and good pillows. Not a ton to do if you have children but we are empty nesters and it was the perfect location for all theme parks and local places to eat and close to several places to get things like dollar store, CVS, Walmart, and Ross. Plus several places to eat nearby. So if you want clean, quiet and good location with friendly staff this is your place…

There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like? Just a weird room and not well planned out for it to be called a Villa studio. Bed frame not connected to the headboard and rolled around while sleeping and turning

The room has a strong smell of curry. It stayed in the room for 3 out of 4 days. The Waterpark closed everyday we were there. The front desk harassed us about doing a time share presentation.

Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, fire pits didn't work, hair in shower drain, one of the fridges didn't not cool more than luke warm, arcade room had 4 games, only 1 worked. Saw that house is for sale so seems seller is just trying to make a few bucks on it while it sells. Management was supposed to call me to work out a refund/credit but it's been 2 days since check out and nothing. Do not reccommend at all.

Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel. Front desk lady told me to throw it away. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no other apartment unit available for my family to be transferred to. She said I could check out and get refunded since the bed bug was found. After calling Expedia and told them the situation, I was told it was escalated to the manger. Two days later I received an email saying that no refunded would be sent but only sent me OneCash that doesn’t even touch the amount I paid!!! I called the resort myself to ask why I wasn’t getting a refund and was told by the reservation department that their pest control couldn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. I told her I took it up to the front desk even and she still told me sorry, FL has a lot of bugs. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE OR THRU EXPEDIA!!!! Terrible service all around!

Perfect area close to all the parks. Pool on the other hand felt like a jacuzzi 😩

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at this property. Two major issues ruined the experience for us: The Elevator: The elevator consistently smelled strongly of urine throughout our entire stay. It was highly unpleasant and a major hygiene concern. The Breakfast: The breakfast provided was very low quality. The options were lacking, and what was available did not taste fresh or appealing. Between the terrible smell in the elevator and the poor food quality, I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these basic cleanliness and service standards. Rating: 2/5 stars (or 1/5)

Very nice rooms. Love the two bedroom set-up, and the full kitchen and laundry room. Very friendly and helpful staff, too!
