Horrible place, heater/ac unit did not work. Holes and falling ceiling above shower. None of the soap/lotion dispensers worked. No customer service. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Elevators worked intermittently. 👎👎👎

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room : paint coming off the walls, the bathrrom faucet is to small for the sink. The faucet nozzle barely reaches over to the sink basin. Had to rub the back of basin to wash hands.

Now the property needs to be remodeled. the blankets have barn holes in them. The sheets and towels are stained. No blow dryer. property workers were very friendly, but I had to rate this at a 0 or less. The toilet rocked as you sit on it. Not fastened to the floor.
