We did not stay. Everything was absolutely filthy, outdated and unsafe. From the filthy front entrance mats to the peeling wallpaper, smell of weed in the hallway, our room at a shattered window. We walked right back out and left. Been trying to get a refund through the insurance we also paid for but not having success. Property was NOTHING like the photos. Front desk attendant didn’t even show up to the front until after 10 mins of us waiting and calling the local number, listening to the phone ring as we stood there. Extremely disappointing.

Great location. Walkable.early check in was offered. Price point was great. This place needs a massive renovation. Was shocked it was a Sheridan. No bell hop service was offered. I carried my bags and my children’s luggage up. Dated property. Headboard was faux leather and flaking. Popcorn ceilings. Towels were frayed and tattered looking. Linens were yellowing. My room I believe was next to a mechanical room and noisy. Was told it was the heavy construction in the area. It was coming from the other side of the wall even through the night when construction was halted across the street. Pool is tiny and dated with metal bars making it feel like a cage. Bathroom microscopic. Less than an inch clearance from the toilet seat and the door when opened.

Great find. Close to everything downtown and extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the fitness center too.

Clean, friendly staff, and a great bar with live music and a wonderful bartender.

Im very upset with my stay. Our first room 123 the door lock thing was falling off, tv had 1 channel. Moved to tge 2nd room. Forgot number. Got locked out the room. Front desk lady gave us 5 or 6 new cards each time that card didnt wirk. Finally after going from room to thr front 5 or 6 times the maintance man came let us in and moved us to a nither room. Go back up front and room was a king bed with coach cause it all there was rhat was available and a room that works. I paid for 2 beds my son is 14 5"11 and was stuck on a damn sofa. I stay here every time i come to the city but after my stay i will find me a different hotel. I feel i should been offered my money back or room discounted or a free nite. Sadly i will tell everyone i know not to sray here
