Not worth the price in any way! Pictures are misleading and the rooms are uncomfortable. Be wary as you will not get your money back either. Apart from being locked in a bathroom for an hour, the bed was uncomfortable and solid, the room was tiny and decaying. The staff did help and were kind on helping us check in early, the staff being the only positive note on the place

Staff are very nice and accomodating. They even prepared and gave our breakfast sandwiches the night before our flight because we needed to check out early to catch our flight… Highly recommended!

Stayed there for 2 nights. The property is centrally located but the apartment hot and less ventilation. The host should provide more fans or coolers.

The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned directly above where guests sleep - MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD.This room should never have been made available to guests in this condition. PERIOD. The check-in was problematic, and the room itself was very dirty. The bed was made, but the floor was visibly dirty, with insects on the wall. VERY BASIC facilities were also either missing or broken: 1.No towels were provided. We only had hand-towels. No bath towels. 2.A/C was not working. A/c button only made vent make loud noise and did nothing. Had to leave balcony door wide open whole time just to be able to survive. NO FAN EVEN! 3. Not enough bed sheets. Only 2 bed sheets for 3 people. When it got cold in the early morning we were shivering and got sick the next day, 4.Stove did not turn on. 5. Microwave stopped working midway through use. Customer service - did not exist. I called three separate times to request towels, and on all three occasions the lady SIMPLY HUNG UP! Response to texts came next day with no resolution. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location.
