Great stay at this hotel, friendly and welcoming. Interior is stunning and the food both at breakfast and in the evening was excellent. Look forward to visiting again.

Third time staying. Rooms are spacious & clean. Even in the heatwave room wasn’t too hot and a fan was provided.

No parking and next door cost me £75.!

Fantastic apartment super clean and really plush. Would definitely book again one of the best we've stayed in. Beds were so comfy with quality pillows and duvet. As we couldn't check in till after reception had closed we called the customer service number which is open till 4am. The apartment is called Charles Hope but accessed through new York apartments over the phone we were guided in and let in electronically through each door. It should be made a little clearer on the booking instructions but do not let this put you off.

We stayed in room 101 which was next to the main door so a little noisy when people coming and going, also a little noise from the street. Overall the apartment was lovely, really clean, large and very central. I would stay again but not in this room.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to the station and 10 minutes from the shops/bars. The hotel was quiet and the air conditioning was perfect in the middle of the recent heatwave
