Great location and very helpful staff.

So positives the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. The property location is outstanding to see old town Zürich. 10 min walk to the main train station. Now the property does not have air conditioning but they provided portable air conditioning to the rooms. The room and the shower are compact so if you are on the big size of things it will be tight. I would recommend for a short stay.

Nice shower. Room layout was ridiculous —- one side of the bed against the wall and if a person was sitting in the only chair at the desk, the view of the tv for someone in bed is blocked. Asked for daily cleaning of room and that didn’t always happen. Requested a 4 a.m wake up call to catch an early flight. No call. Luckily, we woke up early enough to rush to make our flight. When I mentioned it to receptionist on check out, he just shrugged! We had asked the night before check out if there were any charges on our account and was assured there were none. The morning receptionist said we owed 10 plus CHF! Would never stay at this hotel again and was surprised to learn this is a Marriott property as they have higher standards than this!

I had a wonderful stay at the this property and was thoroughly impressed by the staff's professionalism. Despite my late arrival after hours, they thoughtfully prepared everything in advance and provided clear instructions. Everything was perfectly arranged when I arrived, and I truly appreciate their exceptional service.

Great experience. Very close to all attractions. Walking distance to Pier, Chapel bridge and lake. Restaurents and shops are walk away. Spacious clean rooms. Great great shower!!! Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast had good variety. Wish could serve omlettee..Loved the kids playing area with toys and blocks. My grand daughter enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
