Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

Air conditioning was perfect during the summer heat wave. Staff was quick to clean room when we left for breakfast

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was great! Always smiling, always friendly and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a great dinner there. Only suggestions that would have made it more enjoyable for me is if they had softer pillows and if electrical outlets were at more convenient locations. (I had to get on my knees and reach under a table to plug things in)

fantastic people and facilities

Quaint place near all of the sights. Good access to the mountain towns and Interlaken. Parking was a little tough on occasion, but the room was nice and staff was great. Pool has best view of any pool we've ever seen. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again (and they're installing A/C right now).

The hotel was super convenient and the staff was awesome! The room was small and had limited amenities. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable and the food was quite good.
