The room was good apart it was very warm need a fan in the room. Was clean and staff very helpful.

Staff not talking much

Rooms are clean and very well appointed. Mixed bag of staff, ranging from keen, knowledgeable and helpful to disengaged. Breakfast at best was just OK, nothing outstanding or memorable, with a very limited range of breads. Bar person Laughlin was excellent, but poor stocks of both mixers, wine and liquors left him struggling to satisfy basic requests. Evening meal was consumed in the bar area, which was fine, food was very good and a great range on the menu. Mixed feelings on the quality of stay, so giving a 3 from 5.

Excellent value for money and a beautiful Hotel to stay in. Have already recommended to friends who are staying in the area later this year.

The breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. Decor was charming. Staff very kind friendly and helpful. Very well situated to explore city aswell as close to ferry terminal. Highly recommend

Amazing breakfast. By far the best I've had in a couple of years staying in Aberdeen on business. Makes this my hotel of choice. Rooms are dated, but who cares when you're asleep!
