There was bleach stains all over the bedding one pillow had fresh blood on it the tv didn’t work there was mold all over the shower the carpet in the hall ways was disturbing it was so dirty we wouldn’t even shower there I’m allergic to mold and was so sick when I woke up the next day we only spent 7 hours in the room! the only nice thing about the place was the decor the cleanliness of the room and hallways was beyond terrifying

We have stayed here a few times when coming to GR for events. It’s a nice location and has a great breakfast.

There was no breakfast available the whole visit due to "a remodel", yet no remodel was occuring just a roped off dining area. The pool was not the cleanest, with the waterslide taken down, and that section roped off. The room bathrooms are over due for remodel, with

This was our first time ever staying at this hotel and it was wonderful and awesome experience and the decor is beautiful. We will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

I came up from Cincinnati for a solo trip. I was day tripping to Holland and Saugatuck for the weekend. The hotel was in a great location and only about 30 minutes from my destination each day. A lot cheaper than staying closer but it was worth it. The people at the front desk were great, the room was clean and roomy. The lock on my door didn’t work but I called the front desk and someone was there within 5 minutes to change the batteries. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
