The bed was extremely hard and we felt like it wasn't that clean either. We only stayed one night instead of the 3 we were supposed to because of that!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The grounds are so beautiful . There were a number of lovely places inside and out for sitting and relaxing. We loved the welcome drink and a bottle of wine ( choice of red or white) to have in our room. We enjoyed it on our balcony with its lovely views of the main house and the yard. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the cognac tasting as we were busy. I would love to come to the Cornell again-and again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Spacious and with all the amenities to let you have a nice independent stay. A nice value and I would book it again.

To be honest I was surprised that upon entry I went downstairs to the room, but as the property is on a hill it is not a basement room. It’s Kingston and it’s a historic property - the landlords have done a lovely job, the room was well appointed, and the team were wonderfully helpful and responsive, and helped me with my bags. Parking on site was helpful. And I even did a load of laundry while there.

Had a great stay! Kept us cool on a super hot weekend. The location was unbeatable.

Staff was super friendly, splash pad was being renovated so that wasn’t available m.. we had fun but hate that check in is so late and check out so early!

We had to leave before breakfast and our 'to go' bag was not ready as the evening staff said it would be. The shuttle driver was ready, so that is what really mattered.

Was nicer than expected from the road. Fo sale sign threw us off.
