Price point is great. Location and proximity to the Saratoga track. Room was tidy but just didn’t feel clean. Bathroom was not clean. Disappointed

Overall, the stay was OK although there was only one elevator accessible the whole time we were there, and we had stopped to pick up bathing suits because as the ad on Hotels.com expressed, there was a seasonal pool. We had called down to the front desk to see if we needed to bring our own towels and they said we don’t have a pool. We haven’t in about 6 to 7 years.

The place is great. The location is perfect.

My only complaint is the room. There was evidence of the prior guest in the toilet, likely it didn't get scrubbed well. And the sheets on the pull out sofa weren't clean. I called the front desk because we had concerns about what this meant for the overall cleanliness of the room but were told sorry they were completely booked for the night and could not move us. No discounts offered either. We did get a fresh set of sheets for the sleeper sofa. It was too late for us to cancel so we stick it out. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good
