Clean room, plenty of towels. Beautiful view with nicely kept grounds. The staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient parking and breakfast was delivered to the room and was good. I will be back, it was a great place to rest and relax.

Likely that you will share a paper-thin wall with tweakers who are up all night. You will hear every disgusting thing they are doing ALL night long. Bathroom door and toilet seat were broken.

Best Western Plus Lacey Inn & Suites
Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was descent. Pool was nasty. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but wish they would’ve noticed and cleaned it. We ended up not going in the pool at all. Breakfast was good. Good location. Right across from Costco.

I actually had to get a different hotel. None of the amenities worked. They had no air conditioning. It was broke. The staff was rude and disrespectful and I only got half my money back horrible hotel.
