Clean room. Affordable. Bare basic furnishings. But for affordable price it was acceptable

Everything at this property was wonderful. Cleanliness, update carpet and decor, well equipped kitchen and front desk staff. I will highly recommend this property to friends.

No air conditioning but with the portable fan they provided as well as the ceiling fans we did ok!

Trailer was clean, bathroom was nice and kitchen was mostly stocked. Would have preferred to have a stove/oven and fridge was pretty small.

I choose this property for a couple reasons - price and hot tub. Well, the price went up when they tacked on a "resort fee" and the hot tub wasn't working. I can live with the resort fee although there was nothing to suggest a "resort" at this property. All I ask is be honest and just list the actual price of your property. And I was told that if I wanted to check in before 3pm there would be an additional fee. (I think she said $36) When I first looked at the hot tub it was blocked off and there was a sign on the door saying it was out of order. When I asked about it at the desk the lady said she'd check on it. Her idea of fixing it was to remove the sign but that didn't fix the hot tub. It still didn't work. I room itself was nice enough. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was torn carpeting and bubbled wall paper but that didn't really bother me. Most of my disappoint was in the bathroom. The bath tub grouting was definitely in need of repair. The dispensers for the hair conditioner and the hand soap were both empty. And since I take baths rather than showers it is quite awkward to have the dispensers out of reach when sitting. The breakfast was good and the lady who was taking care of it was a delight. She was the only person at the "resort" that made me feel welcome. The other staffers need to take a lesson in hospitality from her.

As we walked up to enter our room, I thought I had made a mistake booking with Lumbermens Village. The exterior needed to be hosed down and cob webs swept off. But...we opened the door to a large, clean room with 2 chairs, a large TV, and a kitchette. And our king size bed was so comfortable! Plus, we enjoyed a rib dinner and blackberry sangrias at the restaurant on site. We would stay there again.

There was no issue staying there. Or when checking in and check out. The staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking, even though it seemed to be something going on in the area, the time we stood. The area seem safe to us . It was by a lot of stores and restaurants. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable and AC was ready for us. I would stay again
