Convenient to the Airport and restaurant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lenox!. If you like historic BnB's you'll like this historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable with historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite place to stay when visiting Buffalo.

I have stayed here before but this past time the room phone did not work. It smelled like a cat was in the room prior. The bathroom for sure had the litter box. Smelled horrible like cat piss. Only scalding hot water came out. Could not shower. Do not park across the street in that lot. Complete rip off. It's only for 12 hours. The machine did not work. Used the app and my second payment did not go through and I got a boot on my vehicle.

Just a quick place to stay

The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, with a choice of hard and soft pillows. The breakfast was excellent! I enjoyed complimentary Costa coffee in the lounge. There was an issue with the shuttle upon my arrival in the evening, but it was great in the morning. Overall, great hotel and I would stay here again.

Love the history of this building. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. I enjoy the restaurant. I love the displays and history of the building and the historic redevelopment.
