Bad all around! Rug was dirty, dated bathroom, threadbare bedding.

Loved the house, the owner, and his dog!

Great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was 100% wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that the carpet is not very clean throughout. It’s the kind of place where you can’t walk around barefoot or in your socks because your feet or socks will get dirty quickly. I appreciated the guest laundry.

When checking in, the front desk couldn’t find our booking because they had canceled it without notifying us. We booked the room the day before since we had a very early flight. When we told her this, she immediately told us there’s “no rooms are available because yours is dirty”. When we asked her why was it canceled and nobody notified us, she then shouted at us “your room is not cleaned”. I let her know that her shouting at us is unacceptable and I want to speak to a supervisor immediately. Her demeanor change and she offered us another room immediately. That should’ve been her first response when we were told our room is canceled. When we finally get to our room, it smelled horrible like old, dirty laundry. We also could not regulate the temperature of our shower. We would get decent temperature for the first 30 seconds of turning it on and then it would get scorching hot. The buttons to regulate the temperature did not work. Overall, I will not be staying here again.

Vintage Hotel with a great location and good amenities for the price. Will stay their again when I am in Lewiston.

Clean room and hotel. Needs more parking.
