The place was clean. It had a bit of a musty smell, but easily fixed with some body spray. The quilt kept us nice and warm on a winter stormy night! All the amenities in room were functional. We would stay again for a good nights rest. Staff were friendly.

Best Western Heartland Inn
It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel.

Pool was clean. The guy at the counter was unfriendly and seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered There was no coffee made at 9 am. He made the coffee and then he dumped it by 11 am He belongs in the back, not the face of the hotel. Not accommodating at all
