Very easy to check-in and the staff were fantastic. Made some great recommendations of what to see whilst being in Pitlochry which I did manage to see ☺️. Great place for travelling solo!

After raising the complaint The manager promptly came to the property and took care off them. Thus ending the saga on a note.

1st Class! Fabulous hotel with the most helpful, professional and friendly staff. The room was outstanding as was the breakfast. Ideal for exploring Edinburgh. We will be visiting again

Angela and David are perfect hosts and we can’t fault anything about our short stay. They are warm and hospitable and made us feel completely at home. A memorable stay for us and really convenient for good restaurants as well. Superb views and great home cooked breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Paul and Michael are so friendly and helpful, they recommended lots of trips and reserved a whiskey experience for us. Crescent House is a beautiful property and the breakfast was so delicious, so much choice. We would love to stay again on a future visit to Edinburgh.

It was fine. There were issues with the internet that I messaged the host about, but didn't get a response or resolution.
