The room was clean as although dated. We intended to have evening meal but when we sat in the bar/restaurant area for 10 minutes, we observed utter chaos with no leadership of staff. Staff very helpful, breakfast good, amenities for children good. Slightly dated decor in bedrooms but very clean . Food not wonderful, I would expect better for a Fairmont but an amazing setting and overall great for a family/ golf.

The Landmark Hotel & SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday
Room was clean, comfortable bed, but building was in a poor condition with stains on bathroom ceiling and water damage round windows. Arrived late and there was no information in the room about breakfast times (or anything else).

The room was clean and nicely set up. Temperature was fine for early spring. Walking distance to restaurants down on the water area; but, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely. Great staff and tasty meal. The bed and pillow were VERY firm, if you like that, it's great.
