The room upgrade was nice for the price.

Loved the room and all of "extras". My only complaint was trying to make dinner reservations at the steak house. We made online reservations, then received a phone message wanting us to confirm the reservation but we weren't able to get ahold of anyone nor could the front desk help. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Great resort, even if it’s a bit dated. Close to Incline Beach with lots of amenities. The clubhouse had an arcade and other games, a snack bar and bar, pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The motel rooms were extremely small and had no air conditioning. They became unbearably hot, and we actually had to sleep with the door open just to get some airflow. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.
