Ballston Lake Vacation Packages

No microwave upon request, take the elevator and warm what you need in the lobby. They supposedly clean the rooms “every three days” but they didn’t clean the rooms at all during my stay nor refilled the coffee amenities. Only thing you can really enjoy is the pool. You have to pay a for breakfast but that was already stated. Ironing board was broken and had to request a new one the first day in. Hot mess of a hotel. Bed is comfy though.

The person at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was on the smallish size, but it was immaculate. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The hotel in downtown Albany was only a three minute walk to The MVP Arena which our destination for this trip. We also really enjoyed the complementary breakfast the next morning before we departed. We did have to rush down to the breakfast area a bit since breakfast was only available until 9am. Also, due to the hotel’s location, there is no on site parking.

It’s an amazing property but the services need to improve. Included breakfast was a disaster as the staff was waiting for the breakfast time to end and not interested in re-filling anything from bread to coffee to sausage to bagels to milk. Room phone was out of order. The body wash in one of our rooms was empty upon check in.If the attitude does not change this amazing property will soon go downhill

Very clean, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

The cabin and grounds are well-maintained. The pool was crystal clear and the slide was a nice addition. Gorgeous views!

Loved it

Place is clean and good. Have no doubt about it. But, I have two issues. You walk in expecting to walk into a regular lobby, regardless of the class of hotel. This one- no !! . You literally have to go up an elevator to the lobby level from the entrance. This causes confusion for the first time visitors. It looks like you missed the front entrance and ended in a service elevator entrance. A big board in bold letters at the entrance will be highly useful. The shade in the room was translucent and thin. Sun and streetlight comes in strong. Need thick shades. Room too bright day and night. Hard time sleeping.
